Acknowledgment
The parties to this agreement do hearby manually recognize that the Board and Management do not provide Workmen's Compensation to any type of liability insurance to those persons who are not paid employees at Little Ponderosa Zoo and Rescue. Accordingly volunteers and/or unpaid employees are not covered by the Board/Management for any insurance
By signing this Waiver Agreement, the volunteer does hearby knowingly release and hold harmless the Board, Management, and Little Ponderosa Zoo and Rescue from injury, accident or damage sustained by the volunteer while serving in such capacity.
*All volunteers are encouraged to inform their personal insurance carriers of their volunteer activities and duties at Little Ponderosa Zoo and Rescue.
