Instructions: This form is due May 22nd and should only be filled out by chapter advisors. T-shirt orders will be billed to the chapter and will be ready for pick up at the camp store during convention. The cost is $15/shirt. Additional shirts will be ordered and will be available for purchase at the Alumni Store (2nd Floor Lounge - Pritchard Hall).
