• nanoVNA Kits Reimbursement Request

  • This form is for applicants requesting reimbursement for the purchase of one nanoVNA unit. Each request may cover only a single unit, and reimbursement is subject to the availability of funds for 2026. Requests will be reviewed and prioritized in the order they are received.

To be eligible, applicants must have an active IEEE Concur account, as all reimbursements are processed through Concur. A formal electronic receipt is required to verify the purchase.

If your request is approved, you will receive an approval code that must be included as the title of your Concur submission. Reimbursements cannot be processed without this code.
