Please bring the following to your appointment. The links provided will take you to the Department of State's passport informational webpages where you can find further guidelines and restrictions:
- A completed but unsigned passport application.
- Proof of U.S. citizenship and proof of identity, along with photocopies.
- A new passport photo.
- Payment for applicable fees (credit card only; cash, check or money order will not be accepted.)
- If applying for a minor, information can be found here.
- Additional passport information can be found here.
**Please note that you will not receive your passport book on the day of the event. Passport books will be mailed in the following weeks.
