Art Experience
Ink’d String Art Experience; utilizing surrealism as a starting point for art making, participants will engage in the artistic process without any prior knowledge or experience. Surrealism naturally lends itself to the weird, random and is driven by chance, alleviating a lot of the pressure that a person might place on themselves when approaching art making. The art project will challenge participants to go beyond their artistic comfort zone and create an art piece that fully reflects their personal approach to problem solving. This project is extremely hands on, messy and challenging in all the right ways. We ask that participants enter the space with an open mind and a willingness to take risks.
