In honor of America’s 250th anniversary, the City of Springdale is creating a community mural featuring local faces, a powerful visual celebration of the people who make our city unique. We invite you to submit a photo of yourself, your family, or someone who represents the spirit of our community. Selected images will be transformed into a red, white, and blue themed collage and displayed as part of a public mural commemorating this historic milestone

Community Mural Photo Submission Rules

To ensure this mural represents our community in a respectful way, all submissions must follow these guidelines:

● Photos must be appropriate for all ages (no vulgar, offensive, or explicit content).
● No promotion of businesses, products, political campaigns, or advertisements (logos, signage, branded apparel, etc.).
● Images should focus on people—clear, visible faces are strongly encouraged.
● Submissions must not include hateful, discriminatory, or divisive imagery or messages.
● Photos should be your original image, or you must have permission from the photographer and all individuals shown.
● If minors (under 18) are included, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent.
● The City of Springdale reserves the right to crop, edit, or apply artistic effects (including color overlays) to submitted images.
● Submission does not guarantee that your photo will be selected for the mural.
● Selected photos may be used in the mural and for related promotional purposes (print, digital, and social media).

Submissions that do not follow these guidelines may be disqualified.
