Refund Request Form

Due to a decision by St. Rita, our partnership as your lunch service provider will conclude at the end of May 2026.

As a result, any remaining balance on your student's lunch account is eligible for a refund. If you'd prefer, you may also choose to leave your balance as a Feed It Forward contribution, which helps provide meals for students in need across the communities we serve.

You'll need to know your student's remaining balance in order to complete this form. To check the balance, log in to LINQ Connect.

💡 Why we ask you to check first:
This helps us avoid processing unnecessary requests for accounts with $0.00 balances and allows us to issue refunds more efficiently. It also gives you peace of mind, knowing exactly how much you’ll be getting back. If you have a balance due, please settle at your earliest conveience. Need help with LINQ Connect? Just email us!

Refund processing begins in July in the order requests were received. We appreciate your patience as we work through thousands of accounts across all schools we serve, including graduating and non-returning students.
