Membership Cancellation Information

Membership subscriptions are self-managed through your account settings. To cancel your membership:

1. Log into your account
2. Go to your Billing or Subscription settings
3. Select the three dots (•••) next to your subscription
4. Click “Cancel Subscription” and confirm cancellation
5. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Billing & Payment Method Information

1. Log into your account
2. Go to your Billing or Payment settings
3. Select “Payment Methods” or “Manage Billing”
4. Click “Edit” next to your current payment method
5. Enter your updated card information and save changes

Notification Preferences Information

Notification settings are self-managed through your account settings. To update your notification preferences:

1. Log into your account
2. Open your Account Settings or Profile Settings
3. Navigate to “Notifications”
4. Adjust your email, push, or community notification preferences
5. Save your updated settings

APPLICATION STATUS

Applications are prayerfully reviewed and processed in the order received. Due to the volume of applications and the review process involved, response times may vary depending on current enrollment periods, mentorship availability, and processing timelines.

If you have not yet received communication regarding your application, please ensure that the email address and phone number submitted on your application were entered correctly, and periodically check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for future communication updates.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or immediate enrollment into the program.

APPROVAL PROCESS

The mentorship application process includes review, prayerful consideration, and internal evaluation before acceptance decisions are made. Enrollment availability, mentorship capacity, and program timing may impact response times and approvals.

Once a decision has been made regarding your application, you will receive a notification regarding your status along with any applicable next steps. Please periodically check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for communication updates.

Please note that inaccurate, incomplete, or missing information submitted within your application may result in additional processing delays.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or enrollment into the program.

PAYMENT OR REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

Once approved, applicants will receive a registration link to finalize enrollment into the mentorship program they qualified for.

Current mentorship subscription rates are:

Junior Mentorship: $55/month
Press & Pursue: $125/month
Accountability: $225/month

All mentorship programs operate on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Once registration is completed, your selected payment method will automatically be charged each month unless the subscription is canceled by the member through their account settings.

Please note that members do not need to manually repurchase or re-enroll each month once their subscription has been activated.
