Pelham Main Street Gospel Fest in the Park & Food Truck Frenzy

Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Pelham Main Street Gospel Fest in the Park & Food Truck Frenzy (the “Event”), I, the undersigned participant, agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in this Event, including but not limited to vehicle display, operation, cornhole play, setup, and general attendance, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to: personal injury, property damage, accidents, slips, falls, collisions, or other unforeseen incidents.
Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Pelham Main Street, Pelham Downtown Development Authority, the City of Pelham, its officials, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in or attending the Event.
Conduct and Safety Compliance
I agree to follow all event rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by event staff. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the Event without refund (if applicable).
Medical Treatment Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Event staff to obtain medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so, and I accept full responsibility for any associated costs.
Photo & Media Release
I grant permission to the Event organizers to use photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, and public relations purposes without compensation.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation in the Event.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read this Liability Waiver and Release of Claims in full, understand its terms, and agree to it voluntarily.
