Please fill out the registration form carefully

Entry Form: One entry form per day and horse/rider combination. No substitutions of horse or rider.

Maximum of 3 rides per entry.

Entry Fees:$30 per class. Late entries will be $35 per class.

Closing Date: Jotform entries must be in by Thursday at Noon

Refunds: No refunds after closing date unless a veterinarian's Non-competing horse $20 grounds fee plus office fee.

Protective Gear: Hard hats and boots required for all classes.

Reader will be provided unless otherwise indicated.

Non-competing horse:$20 grounds fee plus office fee.

Awards: Ribbons to 6thplace. Jr and Sr High Point awards for Intro and Training Level and above.
