Player Certification: It is understood that all players must be certified via Sportcerts.com . Players may upload one of the following forms of ID. State ID , Passport , Military ID , School ID with Birthdate, Original Birth Certificate. Parents must sign the players liability waivers. All player certification cards will be good for (1) calendar year.
Refund Policy:

By signing below , you acknowledge that the $100 lock-in fee is non-refundable. Your balance (100.00) will be due no later than June 1

Teams who have paid in full may cancel prior to the schedule being made. The canceling team will only recieve the full refund minus the $100 lock-in fee, which is non-refundable

Refunds will only be issued should the event be canceled for any reason.
