Event Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Vendor Perks

Vendor Information & Policies
Melon Moon Market at Tanaka Farms is an outdoor farm market experience. Vendor spaces are available in the following sizes:
• 5’ x 8’ Table Space
• 10’ x 10’ Booth Space
Please note that the venue is located on a working farm and booth spaces will be set up on dirt terrain. Vendors should plan accordingly with appropriate booth weights, flooring, displays, and footwear.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup, including:
- Tent/canopy/tent weights
- Tables and chairs
- Generators
- Display setup and lighting (if applicable)
For safety purposes, all canopies must be properly weighted (40lbs/leg)
Important Information:
- Melon Moon Market is a curated vendor experience. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, as we aim to maintain a balanced and thoughtfully selected mix of vendors.
- Accepted vendors will receive a payment request via PayPal, Zelle, or Credit Card invoice. Payments must be made within 48hrs in order to secure your spot
- Vendor fees help support event coordination, marketing efforts, advertising, and continued partnership with Tanaka Farms to create a unique community market experience for both vendors and guests.
Vendor Fee Policy:
- Vendor fees are non-refundable once finalized and confirmed.
- Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the venue or organizer.
- Booth spaces and event dates may not be transferred or shared without prior approval.
Please Note: MLM/direct sales businesses are not permitted. Booth sharing is not permitted unless approved in writing by the event organizer.
