                      1. Submit a variety of images (different looks, locations) and a variety of clients
                        Most photographers submit 20–30 images
                      2. We encourage you to submit 3-4 images of each client so that we have a variety to choose from of each person
                        Avoid submitting multiple images with the exact same background
                        Strong styling, lighting, and expression matter
                      3. The more variety you submit, the stronger your chances

                    • Model Releases

                      By submitting images, you confirm that you have a signed model release on file and permission from your client for publication

                       

                      Client Work

                      Images must be of your paying clients and photographed by you.
                      Personal work may be included, but the majority of submissions should reflect client work.

                       

                      Final Submission Policy

                      Submission fees are non-refundable.

                    • If you do not name your images correctly, your submissions will be disqualified.

                       

                      Please name each image as follows:

                      Studio Name – First Name Last Name – #

                      Example:
                      Smith Studio – Jonathan Spears – 1.jpg
                      Smith Studio – Jonathan Spears – 2.jpg

                      Use correct spelling, spacing, and capitalization.
                      Images will be labeled exactly as submitted.

                      For groups, list each person's full name individually.

                      • You have followed all submission guidelines

                    •  Create a folder on your computer

                      • Name the folder as YOUR business name
                      • Name your images as outlined above
                      • Place all images into the folder
                      • Upload the folder to Dropbox or Google Drive (Dropbox is preferred)
                      • BE SURE you share the file access with us, especially if you are using google drive. If you do not give us access permission, we will not be able to see your images and your submissions will be disqualfied
