    A few notes on how to book:

    • Each venue is eligible to book up to two exhibitions in the upcoming season. 
    • Booking is first come first served. If an exhibition booking slot is greyed out, it is booked. 
    • After filling out the form you will receive an automated email confirming your prefrences.
    • The TREX manager will reach out with an Exhibition Loan Contract. It must be signed and returned.
    • There is a booking fee of $75.00 + gst for each exhibition booking. No payment is due now. You will be invoiced at the start of your exhibition.

    *Note: Once venues submit their requests, those periods will be removed from availability. If you are unable to select a certain period, that exhibition booking period is no longer available. 

    Each Venue is eligible to host up to three exhibitions per tour season. If exhibition availabilities arise, we will be in contact about additional hosting opportunities.

        • A Visiting Artist Program may be available in conjunction with an exhibition. The visiting artist will give an artist talk and lead hands-on workshop. This program is included in the exhibition booking fee and therefore no extra cost to venues. While we strive to accommodate all requests for visiting artists, we cannot guarantee an artist visit to your venue.
