  • Between Friends and Family Resource Hub and Realtor Partner

  • This Referral Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Friends and Family Resource Hub, a nonprofit organization ("Organization"), and [Realtor Name / Company] ("Realtor").

  • 1. Purpose

  • The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a collaborative relationship in which the Organization refers clients in need of housing assistance and related services to the Realtor.

  • 2. Nature of Relationship

  • Both parties agree that this is a non-exclusive, collaborative partnership intended to support individuals and families in securing housing and related resources. This Agreement does not create an employment, joint venture, or agency relationship.

  • 3. Referral Process

  • The Organization may refer clients to the Realtor for housing opportunities, including but not limited to CityFHEPS/FHEPS and other housing programs. The Realtor agrees to provide professional, ethical, and timely services to all referred clients.

  • 4. No Payment Policy

  • The Organization does not charge fees for referrals or services provided. The Realtor acknowledges that no payments, commissions, or compensation are required or expected by the Organization for referrals made.

  • 5. Donations

  • While no payment is required, voluntary donations to Friends and Family Resource Hub are always appreciated to support ongoing community services. Any donation made is entirely optional and is not a condition of receiving referrals or services.

  • 6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information shared during the referral process and to comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.

  • 7. Independent Responsibility

  • Each party is responsible for its own services, actions, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

  • 8. Term and Termination

  • This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

  • 9. Indemnification

  • Each party agrees to hold the other harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from its own actions or services.

  • 10. Entire Agreement

  • This document represents the entire agreement between the parties and may only be modified in writing and signed by both parties.
