    This event is being hosted by Nom Nom Fest in collaboration with Mega Night Market.

     The event can host up to 30 (10x10 space) vendors. The organizer has 20 confirmed vendors and is asking Mega to bring 10 more vendors.

    The organizer is charging $1200 (food or drink) 2 days.

    There currently are no merchandise vendors, they can accept up to 1 merchandise vendor $600 (merchandise) 2 days.

    Vendor fees are to paid to Mega Night Market on the vendors behalf.

  • 1. Vendor Obligations

    a. The Vendor agrees to sell only the items listed and approved by the Market. b. The Vendor agrees to comply with all local health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards. That includes providing its own potable water for cooking and washing, per the health inspector. c. The Vendor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses required to operate legally at the Event.d. The Vendor must set up their stall according to the Event's layout and timing guidelines provided by the Organizer. e. The Vendor is responsible for cleaning up and taking with them any trash that is not disposable, such as grease, charcoal, ashes, etc. f. The Vendor is responsible for providing the equipment, displays, tables, chairs, tents, lighting, weights, and tools necessary to participate in events.

    2. Organizer Obligations

    a. The Organizer will provide the Vendor with space to operate during the Event as described in Vendor Category options.b. The Organizer will promote the Event through various channels to attract attendees.c. The Organizer will provide basic utilities needed for operation, including but not limited to electricity and water. 

    3. Payment

    a. The Vendor agrees to pay the Organizer the selected Vendor Category fee for participation in the Event by the deadline. b. The fee covers the rental of space and access to utilities as specified. Additional fees for extra services must be agreed upon in writing. c. Vendor fees will cover the marketing of the event, however the Vendor will promote the event as well. d. The Vendor may be assessed additional fees based on the cleanliness of their area after the event. e.The Vendor agrees to pay additional fees to sell additional products from multiple Vendor Categories. 

     
    4. Cancellations 

    The Market does not issue refunds. Vendors will forfeit any monies paid if they do not attend this event. 

    This is a rain or shine event. The market does not issue refunds due to rain or wind. In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane occurring on the event date, the market will reschedule the event. No refunds will be issued. 

     
    5. Liability and Insurance

    a. The Vendor shall carry liability insurance covering the Event dates and name the Organizer as an additional insured party. b. Both parties agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their respective activities related to the Event. c. The Vendor must provide proof of insurance upon request.


    6. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising under this Contract shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration by the laws of Nassau County.


    7. Entire Agreement

    This Contract, including any attached exhibits, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Event and supersedes all prior agreements or communication. 


    8. Cancellations by Vendors

    As occupancy of the event space is the essence of the agreement, no refunds will be given for any rental space fee after MIA INTERNATIONAL INC. accepts said fee.


    By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.
