Before continuing with this form, there are a couple of key items to review.

1. We need a different form for each contestant unless you are having them photographed together and purchasing their package together.  After completing this form, you will have the option to start again with the next one.

2. You can choose from Build Your Own, Package 1, or Package 2 for multiple children.

3. To expand each package option or to make a purchase, please check the box to the left of the package.

You will be able to select your photos or photos (depending on your package) before they are printed.  You will receive an email with instructions when photos are posted online.

You can select 1 pose for Packages 1-4.

You can select multiple poses for Super Pack, Add-Ons, and "Build Your Own" Packages.

You will have a short window to select your photos, and if no selection is made, the selection will default to the photographer's choice.  Please be on the lookout for your email. 

Check the box next to the package to expand and review your options and make your purchase.
