Explanation of Fees:

2026 Assessment Fee - This required annual fee is per assessment address, and includes one (1) voting privilege, two (2) complimentary badges and one (1) parking pass.

Household Member(s) - Household members as defined in Article II; Section 1-B: "Household Members", who shall be "Family Members" of the Primary Member or another Household Member, and be designated as Household Members by the Primary Member on the annual application for membership as Household Members. The term “Family Member” shall include individuals related by birth, marriage, domestic partnership or other legal relationship.

Extra Badges - extra badges can be purchased. If more than the (2) badges are needed for extra family members, and/or house guests. Per Article ll, Section 6 of the WAI Bylaws; a maximum of six (6) extra badges per household can be purchased. Individuals who have attained the age of eight (8) years or older are required to wear a badge at all times when on property owned by the Waterford Association, Inc.

PB Euro Stickers - These are vanity stickers and are not required to be purchased.

Yoga on the Beach - Season Pass

Yoga is hosted by Pleasure Beach's own Trish Reyburn every Sunday morning (weather permitting) from June 15th through August 31st. This year season pass holders will receive a personalized card and are guaranteed a minimum of 10 classes. Season Passes is $80, "5 class packs" will be $60, and single classes will be available for $15.
