Little Rock Fit Fest is a family-friendly outdoor wellness event celebrating health, fitness, and community in Central Arkansas. The event will feature fitness classes, health resources, wellness brands, healthy food options, music, and more.

EXHIBITOR FEES:
• Early Bird Fee $75
• General Vendor Fee: $125
• Food Truck $175
***Space is limited and will be granted on a rolling basis.
EXHIBITOR SPACE DETAILS:
Little Rock Fit Fest will take place at MacArthur Park Downton Little Rock Arkansas. General exhibitors will receive a 10x 10 space. Exhibitors must bring their own:
• Table
• Chairs
• Tablecloth
• 10x10 Tent
Food trucks will have assigned spaces but must not park on grass.
Note: Setup must not exceed the allotted space. Plastic tablecloths are discouraged.
EVENT POLICIES:
• This is a health and wellness-centered event. Exhibitors must be aligned with our focus (fitness, health products, mental wellness, healthy food, etc.).
• No knockoff merchandise, alcohol-infused products, or THC/cannabis products allowed.
• All food exhibitors must be licensed and compliant with Arkansas health and safety regulations.
• This is a rain or shine event.
• No refunds will be issued. If you can not attend, you are allowed a one-time credit to following year’s Fit Fest.
• Exhibitors space and event location are subject to change with notice.
PROMOTION EXPECTATIONS:
We strongly encourage all accepted exhibitors to help promote the event across social media. The more buzz we build together, the greater the turnout for all.
