Nine vendors will compete in a head- to-head tasting competition serving the community sample sizes only. Only a limited number of vendors will be selected to participate.   • IMPORTANT: Each participating business shall be solely responsible for providing adequate staffing to plate, prepare, and present their respective food offerings. No business shall rely on another vendor’s staff for plating or food presentation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the event. Each party is accountable for maintaining its own service standards, food safety compliance, and timely execution of plating throughout the duration of the event.
