Our public institutions and government organizations have failed to show up for us in public health. We’re a small group of people trying to efficiently provide covid resources to our community. Our overall ethos: We (the people, the community) keep us safe.
Our focus right now is to make sure we’re able to acquire supplies, manage deliveries, and engage with the community (primarily through our social media).
While our daily task load fluctuates, there are administrative tasks that are necessary for Mask Bloc to function properly. At this time, MBRVA is looking for individuals willing to help take on these essential responsibilities so that we can best serve our community. We can talk about these tasks during the initial intake!
