Thank you for your interest in joining The Pampa Farmers Market! We are excited for a wonderful season ahead and look forward to working with you.
Market Details:
The market will run every Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, beginning Saturday, July 4th and continuing through Saturday, September 26th. It will be located at Bartlett’s Lumber & Hardware (2412 Perryton Parkway, Pampa, TX.)
The cost to participate is $25 for the season (13 Saturdays in a season). This is a flat fee no matter how many weekends you participate. The market is not for profit and all fees go towards marketing.
*Farmers selling 100% of their goods as vegetables, fruit or herbs are exempt from paying the fee. If farmers are selling anything else alongside their produce, then the $25 fee applies.
We are seeking vendors who:
-Grow their own fruits, vegetables, and herbs. (Flowers sales are welcome but require special permitting that must be present at the time of selling)
-Produce approved Cottage Foods like homemade cookies, cakes, breads, pickles, salsas, jams, jellies, tinctures, and other Texas Cottage Food Law approved items. (must have a food handler's vertificate)
-Create handcrafted paintings, jewelry, woodworking/carving, pottery, soaps/skincare, candles, leather goods, crocheted or knitted items, etc. (all items must be handmade by the vendor, NO RESELLING)
Requirements:
1. Complete and submit the vendor application. The application will be open from May 2 - May 30. Spaces are limited and applications will be reviewed and approved on or before June 6, 2026
2. Sign the Bartlett's Lumber release form (The form will be sent via email upon receiving approval. A completed form is required to participate.)
3. Pay the seasonal participation fee ($25) through Venmo (A link to pay will be included in the same email as the Bartlett's release form and is due upon receipt of the email)
