This pie starts with an Oreo crumb crust, followed by a rich chocolate pastry cream layer made with Ghiradelli chocolate, followed by an espresso chiffon layer (whipped egg whites folded into a espresso pastry cream), and topped with freshly whipped cream and chocolate curls.
