Delivering Care. Delivering Trust. Delivering Excellence.
  • DOCUMENT OVERVIEW

  • You are entering the onboarding process for OmniVG Logistics LLC. This network operates on a contract-based model where independent contractors maintain control of their work while gaining access to structured logistics opportunities.

Assignments are not guaranteed and are based on readiness, performance, and operational demand.

  • PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE AND IDENTIFICATION

  • Contractors are expected to maintain a professional appearance while performing services under OmniVG Logistics. A branded polo shirt is required for assignments where identification, client interaction, or compliance standards apply.
  • OmniVG Logistics will provide guidance on obtaining the approved uniform polo. Additional branded accessories may be made available upon request. All uniform and accessory costs are the responsibility of the contractor unless otherwise specified.

  • EQUIPMENT AND OPERATIONAL READINESS

  • Contractors are responsible for maintaining the equipment necessary to perform assigned services safely, effectively, and in alignment with client expectations. Equipment readiness is a direct factor in assignment eligibility and performance.
  • Minimum Required Equipment

  • Contractors must maintain, at minimum, a reliable vehicle, active auto insurance, and the ability to communicate and navigate in real time.

Additional equipment may be required as contractors move into higher-level or specialized assignments.

  • Recommended Equipment and Readiness Development

  • As contractors take on more assignments, additional equipment may be required to meet client expectations and operational standards.

Contractors should be prepared to obtain and maintain items such as PPE (gloves, masks), spill kits, safety vests, coolers for time-sensitive deliveries, sanitation supplies, secure containers, and handling equipment like a collapsible hand cart.

These items are not always required at entry but are often necessary for consistent work and access to higher-value opportunities.

  • Failure to maintain required equipment for a given assignment may result in reassignment or removal from that opportunity.
