Liability Waiver, Consent & Behavior Policy
I, the undersigned parent/guardian, hereby give permission for my child to participate in the ISBET Summer Experience Camp and all associated activities, including but not limited to on-campus programmes, off-site field trips, recreational activities, and experiential learning sessions.
I acknowledge that participation in camp activities may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, travel, and group-based interactions. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of my child and agree that the International School of Business, Entrepreneurship & Technology (ISBET), its staff, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense that may occur as a result of my child’s participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
I confirm that my child is in good health and physically able to participate in all camp activities. I agree to inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to participation and understand that ISBET will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
In the event of an emergency, I authorize ISBET staff to seek appropriate medical attention for my child and agree to be responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
I also grant permission for ISBET to use photographs or video recordings of my child for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Behavior & Discipline Policy
ISBET is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and structured environment that reflects our core values of leadership, responsibility, and excellence. All campers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to staff, peers, property, and the wider community.
Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Disruptive or defiant conduct
Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate language
Physical aggression or unsafe actions
Damage to property
Failure to follow staff instructions or camp rules
ISBET operates a zero-tolerance policy for serious misconduct. The school reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action, which may include:
Verbal warnings
Parent/guardian notification
Temporary removal from activities
Immediate dismissal from the camp programme without refund
Parents/guardians acknowledge that they may be required to promptly collect their child from the camp if behavior is deemed unacceptable or poses a risk to others.
By enrolling in the ISBET Summer Experience Camp, both parent/guardian and student agree to uphold the standards and expectations outlined above.
