Call for Session Proposals — HSE Live: Syracuse

Head Start East invites experienced, engaging, and mission aligned presenters to submit session proposals for HSE Live: Syracuse, taking place September 24, 2026 at Turning Stone Resort in Verona, New York.

We are looking for practical strategies, innovative ideas, and real world solutions that elevate the work of Head Start, Early Head Start, and early childhood education programs. Sessions should be interactive, grounded in practice, and relevant to the professionals and leaders who serve young children and families every day.

All educational sessions are 90 minutes in length. A projector or large screen display with HDMI connection will be provided in your session room. Presenters are responsible for bringing their own laptop and any additional materials needed for their session.

HSE Live is a community driven professional development event, and all speakers contribute their time and expertise on a voluntary basis. There is no speaker fee, honorarium, stipend, or travel reimbursement associated with presenting at this conference. By submitting a proposal below, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Selected presenters will receive a complimentary conference registration for September 24.

Proposals are due by July 15, 2026. The HSE Program Committee will review all submissions and notify selected presenters by August 1, 2026.
