📌 Content Guidelines

Each contestant should address:

-What being a Texan means to you personally
-Core Texas values (examples: integrity, resilience, faith, independence, community, pride)
-How you represent those values in your daily life
-A story or experience that shaped your perspective
-How you plan to make an impact in your community or Texas as a whole

Application Requirements

Create a 1-2 minute video sharing what it truly means to be a Texan. Be personal, be real, and show us how you live out those values and how you plan to make a difference.

Contestants are encouraged to:

-Be authentic and speak from the heart (not overly scripted)
-Incorporate storytelling
-Include visuals if desired (community involvement, family, school, service, etc.)
-Show personality, confidence, and passion
