Depends on how you count, but maybe 2-4 years (since ChatGpt came out)

I don't think I could ever live without AI anymore (what was the world like before AI?)
I use it every day (probably more than I should so don't tell my boss!)
I only use it when no one is watching (besides God of course)
I've rarely touched it and probably wouldn't touch it with a 10-foot pole
