Retreat Participation Disclaimer, & Liability Waiver I understand that during my time at the retreat, I will be participating in yoga classes and wellness activities led by Paulina. These sessions will include movement, stretching, breath - work and physical exertion that could be physically demanding and carry a risk of injury. I acknowledge that:It is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional prior to the retreat to ensure I am fit to participate.I am in good physical condition and have no known medical issues that would prevent me from safely taking part in yoga or other retreat activities.I am fully aware of the potential risks involved in participating in physical activity, including the possibility of injury.By choosing to participate, I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any injuries, discomfort, or damages I may experience whether known or unknown as a result of my involvement in the retreat.I hereby waive any and all claims, liabilities, or demands against Paulina arising from my participation in any class, session, or retreat activity. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the instructors of any existing injuries or conditions before each class and to communicate clearly during sessions if an adjustment or hands-on assist becomes uncomfortable.I have read and fully understand this Release and Waiver of Liability. I voluntarily agree to these terms as a condition of participating in the retreat.Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & DepositTo secure your place on the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of £350 is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your reservation and allows us to make necessary arrangements in advance. 2. Payment- The remaining balance must be paid in full by June 5th. If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to offer your space to someone on the waiting list.Payment plans available on request. 3. Cancellation PolicyThe deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.If you need to cancel your booking after paying the balance, we will do our best to fill your spot and offer a partial refund (minus the deposit), but this is not guaranteed.No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date.4. Travel InsuranceWe strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, delays, medical expenses, and personal belongings. This helps protect your investment in case of unexpected circumstances that may affect your ability to attend.5. Responsibility & WellbeingParticipants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and emotionally fit to participate in the retreat activities. Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.6. Changes & Cancellations by OrganisersIn the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment), you will receive a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit.
