A down payment is required to complete your booking.

After submitting your booking, you will later receive a WhatsApp message from Jackson Car Solution with the full price of the service and the required down payment amount.

Once your down payment has been confirmed, you will receive the tint garage location.

Please be on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a 10% late fee will be added. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

If you need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your down payment will remain valid, but you will need to make a new appointment.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up, you will lose your down payment.

Please note: if we need to provide tint film or remove existing tint, additional charges will apply.

After the tint is applied, do not open your windows on the same day.
