Liability & Agreement
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a participant in the Practice & Play in Rincón retreat hosted by The Practice with Sandra Vanatko (hereinafter "The Practice"):

Transportation & Accommodations. I am solely responsible for arranging and funding my own airfare, ground transportation to and from the retreat location, and any additional nights of accommodation beyond the retreat dates. The Practice is not responsible for making any such arrangements on my behalf.

Personal Property. I acknowledge that The Practice is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the retreat or during transit to or from the retreat location.

Personal Injury & Health. I confirm that I am in adequate physical and mental health to participate in yoga, breathwork, somatic movement, and related activities. I agree to honor my body's limits, communicate any concerns to Sandra, and take full responsibility for my own wellbeing during the retreat. I understand that The Practice is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, or adverse health event that may occur during the retreat.

Assumption of Risk. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this retreat, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, accident, property loss or damage, and travel-related delays or disruptions. I agree that no liability shall be attached to The Practice with Sandra Vanatko, its owners, instructors, or staff for any such events.

Program Changes. I understand that The Practice reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule, programming, or activities as deemed necessary.

Acknowledgment. By submitting this form and paying my deposit, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all of the above terms and conditions.

This retreat will sell out quickly. To secure your spot, complete this form and send your $750 non-refundable deposit per person ($775 via PayPal or credit card). Your registration is not complete until both steps are received.

The remaining balance is due by November 1, 2026. Registrations after that date require payment in full. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be applied to a future retreat. Prices do not include airfare or transportation.
