Location: Bay County Fairgrounds @ 2230 E 15th Street Panama City, FL.
Time: 10am to 3pm (you must stay the entire time).
THIS IS AN INDOOR MARKET
* Inside booth spots are 10 x 10 (spots are not confirmed until payment is made).
*Inside fee is $50 per 10x10 booth / Ouside fee is $40.
* Vendors keep 100% of their proceeds.
* We have limited inside and outside spots available.
* Vendors must bring their own and tables and chairs.
*It is recommended to bring a wagon or dolly to transport your items from your vehicle to your vendor space.
*If you need to have a tent inside, please let us know.
*Outside vendors must bring their own tents, tables, chairs and power sources.
*You are responsible to keep your space clean and neat at all times.
*No alcoholic beverages, open fires, explosives or other illegal activity not compatible with the family atmosphere of this event may not be displayed, sold or consumed on premises.
*If your application is approved, you will be contacted by email to register and submit payment by a certain date.
*Food vendors will be required to provide proof of insurance.
Cottage Bakery vendors will be required to follow the Cottage Food Laws and provide accurate documentation, i.e. labels, ingredient list or photos.
*If payment is not made by the deadline, your spot will go to the next person in line.
*It is very important that you are committed to the market once you are registered.
*If you have to cancel, you must give a 5 day notice to allow the market staff time to fill your spot. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELING.
