- If you're interested in allowing Princess the privilege of capturing your Ponyplay oral history/your story this is the form for you!
  
  This form is being used as a tool (it is not the sole tool for this work) for Princess in it's archiving work and is the first step in the process of scheduling time to record oral histories. Think of this form as pressing the 'start' button in the process of recording with Princess, after form completion Princess will follow up via email to finalize logistics.

- I'm not seeking to capture any stories in particular as all stories are valuable in this archival work but I will let you know that I have a personal commitment to honoring diverse stories and perspectives. If you are the type of person who needs examples I will provide some down below but be aware that these are examples pulled from the top of my head and NOT some definitive list of perspectives/stories I'm seeking to capture - I ask you to not be intentionally obtuse please when it comes to these examples and reach out if you are unsure about anything or need assistance.
  
  Examples of diverse perspectives:
  - New to the ponyplay community
  - Petplay Titleholder
  - Exist as a marginalized or compound marginalized individual in the ponyplay community
  - Aren't a pony but attend a bunch of ponyplay events and/or hang with a herd
  - Someone who incorporates ponyplay with relationship elements such as sex/femmedomme/power exchange or M/s or D/s etc.
  - Aren't a pony but instead another equine or perhaps an equine adjacent petplayer
  - A maker/creator/crafter of ponyplay specific things
