· Clip Submission. All clips submitted for review shall include at least 10 seconds, but no more than 60 seconds of game action involving the alleged incident. All actions appearing in this clip shall be reviewed for disciplinary actions against either team.
· Completed Video Review Form Required. All video clips submitted for review must be accompanied by a completed Video Review Form. All clips must be emailed to:
Aldanish115@gmail.com and the opposing teams head coach MUST be CC’d. No clips will be reviewed unless all procedures are followed.
· Timeline for Clip Submission:
Appeal of Suspension: All video clips appealing a referee’s on ice call resulting in a suspension must be received by the Commissioner no later than 5:00 pm on the day after the incident took place. The ICSHL Committee will rule on the request with in 48 hours of receiving the completed form. If delayed past that time, all parties will be notified.
Request for Supplemental Discipline: All clips submitted for requesting supplemental discipline against an opposing team’s player must be received by the Commissioner no later the 5:00 pm on the day after the incident took place. The ICSHL Committee will rule within 48 hours after receiving the completed form
ICSHL Rule 5.8 - Official written notification of suspensions will only be issued for match penalty suspensions. These notifications will go to the team representative and to the Atlantic District. All game misconduct and other suspensions are automatic, and non-appealable according to USA Hockey rules; as such, no written notification other than the score sheet will be issued.
