    CLIMB is a fun, inclusive and welcoming community program that helps  participants build confidence, learn new skills, make friends and discover what their own strengthts and capabilities. 

    CLIMB is a community-based program and is not a clinical, therapeutic or medical service.

    Flexible payment plans are available.

  • PARTICIPANT DETAILS

  • PROGRAM OPTIONS

  • CLIMB Kids: Art (Ages 9 plus)
    A supportive, creative activity-based program designed to help children build confidence, social connection skills and self-awareness through guided art experiences and group art activities. Participants are encouraged to explore creativity, develop friendships, and express themselves in a safe and inclusive environment culminating in a special end-of-term art showcase.

    $1,300 + GST (10-week program; 1.5 to 2 hour sessions)

    OR $220+ GST x 6 weekly payments 

    GST is not charged for NDIS-funded participants.

    We understand that everyone's situation is different and are happy to discuss alternative payment plans where appropriate.

  • CLIMB Rhythm (Ages 12 plus)
    A fun, high-energy group program using rhythm and interactive activities to build confidence, teamwork, coordination and self-expression. This program encourages participation and connection through shared experiences in a relaxed and engaging environment.

    $1,300 + GST (10-week program; 1.5 hour sessions)

    OR $220+ GST x 6 weekly payments

    GST is not charged for NDIS-funded participants.

  • CLIMB WorkWise (Ages 15–adult)
    A practical, hands-on program focused on communication, job readiness and independence.
    Participants work on real-world skills such as resumes, applications and interview preparation to help them build confidence and prepare for future work and life opportunities. Participants are required to bring a laptop to each session.

    $1,500 + GST (10-week program; 1.5 hour sessions)

    OR $254+ GST x 6 weekly payments

  • CLIMB ART (Adults)
    A supportive, project-based, creative program designed for adults to build confidence, social connection, communication skills and self-awareness through guided art activities and collaborative group experiences. Participants are encouraged to explore creativity, develop friendships, and work together in a safe, inclusive environment towards a special end-of-term showcase featuring their art created throughout the program.

    $1,300 + GST (10-week program; 1.5 to 2 hour sessions)

    OR $220+ GST x 6 weekly payments

  • CLIMB is designed to be a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. Everyone is different, so we invite participants and/or their families or support networks to share anything that may help us support safe participation. This may include communication preferences, sensory considerations, things that help a participant feel comfortable or strategies that work well. 

    CLIMB remains a community participation program and does not provide clinical, therapeutic, medical or personal care services.

  • Who Can Join
    CLIMB programs are and open to NDIS and private participants attending independently or with a support worker, carer or family member.

    Participant Goals
    Our programs aim to support goals such as confidence, social connection, independence, communication, routine, participation and practical skill development.

    Participant Commitment
    By joining CLIMB participants agree to participate respectfully, attend where possible and let us know about any support needs that may affect participation. Please notify us in advance if you are unable to attend a session

    Support Workers
    Support workers are welcome to attend and support participation. They do not replace the participant’s involvement in the session.

    Payment & Invoicing
    CLIMB programs run on a term basis, typically 10 weeks. Invoices are issued at the start of each term and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. NDIS participants must provide accurate and current plan details for invoicing including the participant's NDIS number, relevant support category and item number(s). Prices will be reviewed each term.

    Participants may request a payment plan at the time of enrolment. Approval of payment plans is at the discretion of the Bulimba Community Centre. Where approved, invoices will issued over 6 consecutive weeks and must be paid in full by Week 6 of the program.

    Failure to maintain agreed payments may result in participation being suspended until the account is brought up to date.

    Cancellations
    Change of Mind (First Two Weeks)
    We understand that sometimes a program may not be the right fit. If you let us know within the first two (2) weeks, you can withdraw and receive a refund for the remaining unused portion of the term. Please submit your request in writing. 

    Refunds are calculated based on sessions not yet delivered, with a flat $55 administration and processing fee deducted. After the first two weeks, refunds are not available for cancellations.

    YOUR PRIVACY
    We collect some personal information to help support participation safely and appropriately in CLIMB. Some information, such as health or support information may be considered sensitive information. We only use this information to support safety and wellbeing, deliver the program, communicate with you, and where appropriate, with your nominated decision maker. Information is kept confidential, stored securely and only accessed by authorised people involved in CLIMB. It is not shared without consent unless required for safety or by law.
