Who Can Join
CLIMB programs are and open to NDIS and private participants attending independently or with a support worker, carer or family member.
Participant Goals
Our programs aim to support goals such as confidence, social connection, independence, communication, routine, participation and practical skill development.
Participant Commitment
By joining CLIMB participants agree to participate respectfully, attend where possible and let us know about any support needs that may affect participation. Please notify us in advance if you are unable to attend a session
Support Workers
Support workers are welcome to attend and support participation. They do not replace the participant’s involvement in the session.
Payment & Invoicing
CLIMB programs run on a term basis, typically 10 weeks. Invoices are issued at the start of each term and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. NDIS participants must provide accurate and current plan details for invoicing including the participant's NDIS number, relevant support category and item number(s). Prices will be reviewed each term.
Participants may request a payment plan at the time of enrolment. Approval of payment plans is at the discretion of the Bulimba Community Centre. Where approved, invoices will issued over 6 consecutive weeks and must be paid in full by Week 6 of the program.
We understand that everyone's situation is different and are happy to discuss alternative payment plans where appropriate.
Failure to maintain agreed payments may result in participation being suspended until the account is brought up to date.
Cancellations
Change of Mind (First Two Weeks)
We understand that sometimes a program may not be the right fit. If you let us know within the first two (2) weeks, you can withdraw and receive a refund for the remaining unused portion of the term. Please submit your request in writing.
Refunds are calculated based on sessions not yet delivered, with a flat $55 administration and processing fee deducted. After the first two weeks, refunds are not available for cancellations.
