2026 Camp Dates: Hvostik camp will be held from Friday, July 17 to Sunday, July 19, 2026. You're welcome to stay through Monday, July 20th as camp guests for morning liturgy. Space is limited so please register early.

To be fully registered, complete both steps by June 19, 2026:
1. Fill out, sign and submit your hvostik camp registration form for each hvostik camp participant (children and parents). You'll receive a completed copy of the form in your email.
2. Submit payment.

ADULT CONSENT FOR MEDICAL AND SURGICAL CARE

I ({parentName}) hereby give my consent to receive medical or surgical treatment and to be hospitalized if necessary in case of injury or possible sickness while participating in the St. George Pathfinders camp.

It is agreed that in the event of sickness, injury or accident I will assume full financial responsibility for the payment of medical and/or other costs.

It is further recognized and agreed that St. George Pathfinders, their officers and individuals placed in charge, will not be liable in any way for accidents, injury or other mishaps whether the result of negligence or other cause.

By submitting my camp registration / or as parent or guardian of my child, I acknowledge the use of photographs/media taken during events or activities for publicity, promotional and/or educational purposes (including publications, presentation or broadcast via newspaper, internet or other media sources).

It is understood that in case of emergency every effort will be made to contact the emergency contact provided.

ADULT CODE OF CONDUCT

I have chosen to participate in the St. George Pathfinders Camp and will conduct myself in such a way that I may be welcome to return in the future. During my stay at the 2026 St. George Pathfinders Camp:
- I will conduct myself in a responsible manner, treating everyone with courtesy and respect.
- I will follow camp rules and the direction and instructions of camp staff.
- I will not participate in any verbal or physical abuse toward any other camper, staff or guest in camp.
- I will treat wildlife and all property with respect.
- I will not bring or use alcohol, drugs or firearms in camp.
- I will not bring dogs or other animals to camp.
- I understand that St. George Pathfinders is not responsible for loss or damage of cell phones.
I understand that if I violate any of the above, I may be asked to leave camp immediately depending on the severity of the violation and/or a warning will be issued. I may be removed permanently after a second violation at the sole discretion of camp administration.

If I am removed for a violation, no refund will be issued for the remainder of my unused camp time and additional expenses may be incurred.
