Give a description of the programme that you are seeking funding to support.
What programme is it – where is it situated? Name the places, towns or region, and who is delivering the programme.
Who are you aiming to support and why do they need your support? Please include (target number, describe the group, and why it is an at-risk group.
For the Water Skills for Life fund, include each school involved, specify the type of support provided (eg, school pool support or away-from-school support) and the student year groups that will be participating
What will be different as a result of your support? (What will people know, do, or feel differently? How will you know change has happened? How will you track if change has occurred?)
What are the risks/challenges/uncertainties that need to be managed for you to be successful? (What could make it hard to run? What problems might people taking part have? What could stop it from going well? What will you do if problems come up?)
What do you need from WSNZ? (What do you need help with?, How will this help your programme?, Is there anything else WSNZ can do to support you?)
What is your total project/ programme cost
