Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026 Philippine Independence Day Social. We are looking for all vendors representing all types of goods and services. Applying does not guarantee placement. Due to limited space only a small number of indoor vendors per category will be selected. If you are selected you will be notified and payment will be due to secure your spot. 10x10 outdoors.  Tables and chairs are not provided by Social Play Haus. No cooking or open flames except for sternos. Electricity is not provided.  Generators will not be allowed.

Non-Food outdoor vendor rate (10x10 footprint): $150

Non-Food indoor vendor rate (8x4 footprint): $150

Food Vendor: $200

If you are interested in vending, we urge you to read the following process and guidelines before applying. The 2026 Philippine Independence Day Social is a curated event. This means that vendors are selected by our creative team. We look for products that are in line with our brand, mission, core values and will succeed at the 2026 Philippine Independence Day Celebration.  Please only submit one application per vendor.

You will be notified of acceptance via email asap or no later than 48 hours after the application deadline closes. Upon acceptance, all applications must pay the vendor fee within 48 hours of notification of acceptance.

GUIDELINES FOR APPLICANTS 

We encourage Filipino/a/x/Fil-Am owned business.

Priority will be given to vendors who create high quality and unique items.

In addition, priority will be given to vendors with high quality product photos, website/commerce page, and/or a social media presence.

Acceptance or non-acceptance for one event doesn't guarantee acceptance or non-acceptance in the future. It's important to keep the 2026 Philippine Independence Day Social vibrant and evolving from event to event.

Your space is not confirmed until all vendor fees are paid in full by the deadline.

By signing up as a vendor, you will sign our Vendor Agreement form (which will be sent to you after vendor payment is made) agreeing on all of the Vendor Agreement rules and Venue Owner are not responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the vendor and his/her property while said persons are at the event premises or during arrival/departure there from.

Refund Policy - If there is a cancellation by the vendor there will be no refunds provided for this event. Vendor forfeits their spot to the 2026 Philippine Independence Day Social. If a cancellation by Social Play Haus is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of a third party, or other circumstances which (in Social Play Haus sole judgement) may compromise the safety of vendors and participants, then there may be credits or refunds to vendor.
