Join us for First Friday in Old Town Lewisville, a monthly community event that brings together local businesses, vendors, and live entertainment to create a vibrant shopping and social experience. This curated market is designed to highlight small businesses and offer a diverse mix of products, food, and activities for visitors of all ages.

We carefully review each application to ensure a well-balanced vendor lineup and limit categories to maintain variety. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Vendors are selected based on product mix, category limits, and overall event curation.Vendor spaces are only secured upon payment of the invoice.Vendor fees are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Approved cancellations may receive a credit for a future event.In the case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the event may be canceled at the discretion of the organizer.Vendors are required to remain set up for the full duration of the event and may not break down early.The Old Town Business Association (OTBA) and event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury.Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tables, chairs, and equipment.Tents must be properly secured with appropriate weights.Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.Vendors agree to maintain a professional and respectful presence and follow all event guidelines.Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the event without refund.
