Summer Family Bash Volunteer Registration Form

Thursday August 6, 2026 4:00pm-8:30 pm Clara's Hope Family Center (2525 W Shiawassee Avenue, Fenton)
Last day to RSVP is July 6, 2026 for new volunteers (all volunteers have to have background checks). Previously Background Checked Volunteers need to RSVP by July 14.

All volunteers need to be age 18 or above.

Youth Volunteer Option, Teen 13+ with parental or responsible adult present, must have parental consent.

Volunteers please arrive at 4pm for set up and orientation. Event will be from 6-8pm. And then clean up of the event goes very swiftly.
