Party Agreement

This agreement is between Teach. Learn. Create. LLC and the client listed below.
💳 Payment Terms

• $150 non-refundable deposit required to book

• Remaining balance due 48 hours before event

• Late payments may result in cancellation

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable

• One reschedule allowed (72+ hour notice required)

• Same-day cancellations forfeit all payments

🚗 Travel

Travel is included within our service area

Additional fees may apply outside the area

🏡 Event Requirements

Client agrees to provide:

• Adequate setup space

• Safe environment for children

• Adult supervision during event

⚠️ Liability

Teach. Learn. Create. LLC is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages during the event.

🧸 Damages

Client agrees to cover any damages caused to equipment during the event.
