    Date: May 22nd & May 29th

    Time: 4:00 pm-5:00 pm

    Cost: Free

    For 12+

Come build your very own mini moss terrarium (mossarium!) with us in this 2-part class. Please only sign up for this activity if you can attend both days, as this will not be completed in a single day.

On May 22nd, we will build the bases for our moss, and then make mini decorations with clay. We will learn some basic information about mosses and how they grow and thrive.

On May 29th, we will be painting our dried clay decorations and adding our own foraged moss to the mossariums. We will go over basic care for your mossariums at home.

Attendees will be encouraged to go outside between the two classes to find what moss they want to keep. Attendees will need to bring their own foraged moss to class on the 29th to add to their mossariums. Attendees can also bring mini rocks, or other fun foraged items to add to their mossariums!

This activity will be led by Diane, a Pine County Master Gardener.
