  • 2026-2027 TGRC Online Membership Renewal Form

Membership Calendar Year July 1 thru June 30 - Renewal Deadline June 30
  • Because the number of regular members determines the size of the quorum necessary for conducting business at Club meetings, only people who expect to be active in the Club, attend meetings and participate in Club events, should maintain a regular membership (Individual/Household). Associate members are not counted for a quorum. Members may change their membership category at annual renewal time.

            • AGREEMENT

              1. I agree to follow the GRCA Code of Ethics (please review the complete COE at www.grca.org). Following the Code of Ethics includes having these clearances for both sires and dams selected for breeding, prior to the breeding:

                • Hips - a report from the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) or PennHIP at 24 months of age or older.  Since PennHIP results are not automatically published, these results should be recorded in an approved online database.

                • Elbows - a report from the OFA at 24 months of age or older.

                • Heart - a report from a Diplomat of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Cardiology), at 12 months of age or older.  Report should be recorded in an approved online database.

                • Eyes - a report from a Diplomat of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmology.  Examinations should be done within 12 months prior to a breeding, and results should be recorded in an approved online database.

                • Dogs that produce offspring should continue to have ophthalmology examinations on a yearly basis for their lifetime, and if findings permit recertification, the results should be recorded on an approved online database.

                • For frozen semen from deceased dogs, either an ophthalmology examination within 18 months of the date of death, or status that was in compliance with the Code of Ethics in effect at the time of the dog’s death, will be considered current.”

              2. I will not breed before 2 years of age, and only after obtaining all above health clearances.

              3. I will abide by the guidelines set forth in the GRCA COE as pertains to breeding with/from dogs residing outside of the US.

              4. I will not, to the best of my ability, produce puppies that are affected with diseases for which DNA testing exists.

              5. I am willing to take back or assist in finding a new home for any dog I produce at any time in its life, if requested to do so.

              6. I will not engage in the cross breeding of pure-bred Golden Retrievers.
