    Thank you for your interest and willingness to help out with the 2026 Essential Rhythms Festival in Fairhope, Alabama! Please take a moment to share some details about yourself, availability, and skills/interest areas.     We are thrilled to offer our volunteers a pass to the festival. If you agree to work a four-hour shift, you get a day pass. If you work two four-hour shifts, or 6-11 on Saturday, you get a weekend pass.

  • The undersigned volunteer ("Volunteer") acknowledges that Volunteer has read and understands the Essential Rhythms Music & Arts Festival Volunteer Rules & Guidelines (the "Rules"), which are hereby incorporated by reference. Volunteer agrees to abide by the Rules. For good value and consideration, including Volunteer being permitted to participate in and provide volunteer services for Essential Rhythms Music & Arts Festival ("Event") to be held May 15-17, 2026 at WEEKS BAY PLANTATION, located at 12562 Mary Ann Beach Road, in Fairhope, Alabama, the undersigned Volunteer, for itself/herself/himself and it/her/his successors, heirs, employees, agents, officers, managers, representatives and affiliates (collectively, the "Participant"), forever releases and discharges Twelve Houses LLC, and Weeks Bay Plantation, Inc., and their respective members, managers, officers, employees, agents, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively, "TWELVE HOUSES LLC AND WEEKS BAY PLANTATION, INC.") from all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, suits, damages, obligations, liabilities, causes of action and judgments whatsoever, in law or in equity, that arise out of or are caused by the Event or Participant's volunteer activities related to the Event. The Volunteer AGREES TO AND DOES HEREBY ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF PERSONAL INJURY TO every Participant, including death, and damages to Participant's property, caused by or arising out of the Event or Participant's volunteer activities related to the Event. The Volunteer HEREBY AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD TWELVE HOUSES LLC AND WEEKS BAY PLANTATION, INC. harmless from and against any claim, demand, suit, loss, cause of action, damage, liability, obligation, cost, expense, injury and judgment (including, without limitation, death and damages to property) directly or indirectly caused by Participant's acts or omissions, Volunteer's services, or Participant's failure to abide by the Rules. Volunteer understands and agrees that participation as a volunteer is voluntary and may involve physical activity, outdoor conditions, crowds, equipment, vehicles, weather, uneven surfaces, and other risks associated with festivals and event operations. Volunteer agrees to follow all instructions from Event staff, use reasonable care while performing volunteer activities, and promptly notify Event staff of any unsafe condition, injury, or emergency. In the event that TWELVE HOUSES LLC AND WEEKS BAY PLANTATION, INC. is unable to hold Essential Rhythms Music & Arts Festival as scheduled for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, civil war, insurrection, poor weather, or acts of God or nature, TWELVE HOUSES LLC AND WEEKS BAY PLANTATION, INC. shall have no liability or responsibility for Volunteer losses, damages, or costs incurred thereby. *UNSIGNED VOLUNTEER AGREEMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE*
