We're in good shape on everything except the "morning after" cleanup.
We'll meet at the Bistro/Golf parking lot at 6:30 am on Saturday (the 4th), and use golf carts to get to the key viewing areas from the night before, where we'll collect whatever trash was left over from the event. Should take about an hour, maybe 90 minutes.
Last year the course was essentially pristine before we even started--the community did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I hope/expect it will be the same this year, just with a larger crowd.
