Eligibility Requirements
Elite Coaches must be 18 years or older. Prep Coaches must be 14 years or older. Novice Coaches must be 12 years or older. Applicants must meet the minimum age requirement for the team they are applying for in order to be considered
Disclaimer
This is a voluntary position. Junior coaches will not receive payment for their involvement. By accepting this role, junior coaches are expected to uphold the same professional standards and responsibilities as regular coaching staff. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to the team’s dress code for all practices, events, and competitions, including wearing the designated coaching attire when required. Junior coaches are also expected to follow all team rules and policies, maintain appropriate conduct at all times, and act as role models for athletes. They must listen to and follow the directions of the head coaches and other designated leadership staff. Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from the junior coaching role.
