Important Notes

1. At DBE Logistics, we aim to help you avoid unexpected fees. Please verify your shipment’s weight carefully—carriers may charge additional fees for discrepancies between the stated and actual weight, which will be the shipper’s responsibility. "Guestimates" are not acceptable.

2. Please take photos of your freight before releasing it to the driver.

3. Prepayment: All new customers shipping with DBE Logistics require prepayment unless they have passed a credit check through Denim, our factoring company (which may delay your pickup by a day). Prepayment is required before dispatch. You’ll receive a secure QuickBooks payment link to pay via credit card, debit card, ACH, PayPal, or Venmo. Once payment is received, we’ll send the Bill of Lading and pallet labels to confirm your shipment.
