Thank you for your interest in participating in the Lake Nokomis Summer 2026 BioBlitz! We are so excited to work together to explore and record the biodiversity of this beautiful lake and the park around it.

A general overview of the schedule of the day is as follows:

Early morning birding 7:30 AM - 9 AM

--> iNaturalist Crash course: 8:30-9 AM

Morning session 9:15-12:15
- Block A: 9:15 - 10:40
- Block B: 10:50-12:15
LUNCH 12:15- 1 PM

Afternoon session 1 - 4 PM
- Block C: 1-2:25 PM
- Block D: 2:35-4 PM
Feel free to sign up for as much or as little of the day makes sense for you! You may choose one survey group per block, up to two per morning/afternoon session. If you choose to sign up for both the morning and afternoon sessions, a light lunch will be provided to you in between the sessions.
