Hospitality Committee - manages and organizes student meals during designated days.
Design Committee- creative team that helps design lobby decor for play. This includes the setup and breakdown.
Button Station- works with photographer,orders photos, organizes pre-sale and supplies.
Flowers- picks up flowes, ensure we have enough for pre-sale orders and asembles the bouquets.
Marketing Committee- help with any of the following: takes pictures, help with social media, deliver posters and help market plays.
Playbill Committee- help with any of the following: reaches out to businesses to secure ads, helps with playbill template and works with printer.
Lend a Hand Committee- Not sure what you want to do but would like to be help? We will contact you for show volunteer spots.
Volunteer Organizer - help to ensure we have enough volunteers for every show. work to get student volunteers.
Costumes- We need 3-5 parents that will help with the ordering, rentals, organizing, check in and out & cleaning afer the show.
