2. Be accurate. Any false statement may be grounds for the disqualification of applicant or the loss of subsequent employment.
3. Schertz United Methodist Church (SUMC) will require a pre-job offer criminal background check and may require a drug screening test. Positive results on either of these tests may exclude an applicant from the position for which they are applying.
4. All employees serve a minimum 90 days training and evaluation period, subject to the discretion of SUMC, and if during this training and evaluation period it is found the employee is not performing to expectations, the employee may be dismissed.
